What is Kybella?
Kybella is the first FDA-approved injectable treatment for submental fullness (double chin). It uses a molecule called deoxycholic acid, a substance that naturally occurs in the body, to aid in chin fat removal by destroying the fat cells underneath the chin.
With this non-surgical double chin removal treatment, you will notice visible results within two to four treatments. How does the procedure work?

- Depending on your needs, we can use a topical anesthetic to ensure you are comfortable during the procedure
- The number of injections that are used depends on your specific body and desired end results, but typically 20 to 30 injections are used during one treatment
- Afterwards, you may experience some bruising, swelling, redness, pain, or numbness for one to two weeks
You will notice results within four to six weeks. Multiple treatment sessions are usually advised, which are scheduled at least one month apart.
